Rafael Santos or Raffy is a popular broadcaster heard over KSAI radio in Saipan. Raffy is responsible in managing six Tagalog programs whose primary objective is to help the Filipinos in Saipan. His programs are being aired in Saipan, Guam and the Philippines. Proof of his popularity can easily be gauged from the truckloads of mail and calls he receives everyday. Raffy's program serves as our fellow Filipinos' refuge from any injustice or maltreatment from their employers. Aside from this, Raffy busies himself in writing by coming up with a brochure called "Ito ang Iyong Karapatan" which tackles timely issues concerning OFWs.

As if all these are not enough, Raffy also dabbles in television where he can be seen by our kababayans every week. Furthermore, some of his articles can also be read in popular foreign newspapers such as the Marianas Variety News and Views and Guam-Saipan Balita - a bilingualpaper.

The ABS-CBN Bayaning Pilipino Asya-Pasipiko sa Taon ng Sentenaryo is indeed a man for others.
